4  对标准内容的说明 4.1  标准格式内容全面按照GB/T 1.1-2009版要求进行编写。 4.2  各参数定义在GB4599，GB21259，GB25991，GB5920，GB17509，GB23255中的有关条款基础上，参考了目前主流汽车整车厂企业标准中的定义。 4.3  电磁兼容试验要求与试验方法主要参考国家，国际标准GB/T 18655，GB/T 21437.2，ISO 11452-2,ISO 11452-4的有关条款要求。 4.4  机械环境试验要求与方法主要按照ISO 16750.3, GB/T 10485, GB/T 30038 等标准有关条款要求。 5  主要参数来源及测试方法说明 6.2.2高温负荷试验 在车质网上关于车灯的投诉很多，其中变形开裂投诉占比很大，如下图：          图略 车灯点亮时，内部热量积聚较多，而配光镜外表面直接暴露在大气环境中，温度很低，配光镜内外表面有温差，有热应力，如无相应措施，会导致车灯变形开裂。这类试验并非普通高温试验或温度循环试验能够模拟这种工况。合资品牌车厂，如上汽通用，车灯标准GMW 14906标准换版时，特意增加了红外光老化试验。日系车厂标准也有类似测试项目。此次标准的参数设置设定为（黑板温度计为95°C，高低温箱环境温度为23°C，试验时间为2h），主要是基于略高于现有GB车灯相关标准要求，略低于整车厂企业车灯相关标准要求原则，同时也参考了GMW 14906相关内容和日系车厂标准的要求，  6.2.5 综合振动 在车灯配光标准中，如GB4599中5.1.1条中规定了样品收到振动，仍能满足使用要求和配光要求，但在配光标准中没有明确的方法要求。故制定此标准的时候加入此项具体方法要求。 在选择具体参数过程中，我们研究了相关标准的情况如下：GB/T10485标准中只有随机振动试验要求，没有温度要求，标准对应的ISO12346标准早就废止；GB/T 28046.3-2011标准对应的是2007版ISO 16750-3标准，为保持标准的先进性，本次标准直接引用最新版的国际标准，为2012版ISO 16750-3标准。 ISO 16750-3标准规定了车载电子电器零部件产品的综合振动要求，该标准也适用于车灯产品；另外整车厂对车灯产品振动条件的要求均为综合振动，振动时间最少都要每轴向8小时。综合以上对比，基于本标准高于国标车灯标准，略低于整车厂车灯企业标准要求的原则，确定选用ISO 16750-3标准中乘用车车身位置振动和温度参数。 6.2.6  冲击试验       目前有很多关于车灯被不明物砸到，损坏，或者行驶车辆被飞溅碎石冲击后，配光镜损坏的报道。这主要与材料脆性有关，增加冲击试验，可以避免上述情况发生。此条件设定主要参考GB/T 10485-2007中13条测试要求,鉴于测试成本考虑，选择常温下冲击。另外不强调使用橡木支架，而是采用汽车行业耐冲击试验常规规定，使用刚性材料和刚性底座，如SAE J575-2010中4.3要求。 6.3电磁兼容 测试主要涉及的测试项目有传导发射，辐射发射，大电流注入抗扰度，电磁场抗扰度，电源线瞬态脉冲抗扰度。 其中，传导发射，辐射发射两个测试项目，测试方法参考标准GB/T18655。根据样品实际情况，对标准规定范围加以限制，标准中有5个测试等级，鉴于前装要求一般等同于等级3，因此选择要求较低的等级2. 大电流注入抗扰度测试方法参考标准ISO 11452-4，ISO 11452-4标准中规定4个测试等级，一般前装大概等同于第3强度，此次选择要求较低的第2强度。     电磁场抗扰性测试测试方法参考标准ISO 11452-2，电磁场抗扰性测试各个前装要求相差较大，综合考虑后选定当前强度。 电源线瞬态脉冲抗扰度现在多数前装标准采用等级III强度测试，此强度已经为最低强度等级，因此选用此测试强度。 考虑到实际操作中的成本敏感性问题，最后只保留了传导发射，辐射发射，电源线瞬态脉冲抗扰度三项。
