 水质净化率 单次非循环处理后的水质净化率应不低于表3要求。 表1　单次非循环后的水质净化率 颗粒直径mm　颗粒比重　水质净化率（%） ＞0.1　≥2.0　≥90 5.3  报警 装置应具有低流量报警信号输出功能。 5.4  防护 装置中电气控制箱、离心泵、电控排污阀、流量计的防护等级应不低于GB/T 4208规定的IP44。 6  试验方法 6.1  外观 目视检查装置的外观。 6.2  水质净化率 用CS—600分离器试验装置的单次非循环处理后的水质净化率。 CS-600试验装置用于测量旋流分离器固液分离效率，通过测量对比分离器出水口和排污口浊度值，计算得出固液分离效率，这个净化率与固体颗粒直径和比重有关，尺寸越大、比重越高的固体颗粒越容易被分离。 6.3  报警 用万用表检测供水装置的报警信号输出功能。 6.4  防护 按GB/T 4208测试装置的防护等级。 7  检验规则 7.1  检验分类 供水装置的检验分为出厂检验和型式检验。 7.2  型式检验 7.2.1有下列情形之一时应进行型式检验： a)　新产品或老产品转厂生产的试制定型鉴定； b)　正式生产后，当结构、材料、工艺有较大改变，可能影响产品性能时； c)　正常生产满2年或累计生产满200套时； d)　产品停产超过6个月后恢复生产时； e)　出厂检验结果与上次检验结果有较大差异时； f)　上级检测机构要求型式检验时。 7.2.2型式检验的项目和要求见表4，每种规格型式检验的数量应不少于1套。 7.2.3 全部型式检验项目符合要求时，则判定该种规格产品型式检验合格；若其中任一项目检验不符合要求时，则判定该种规格产品型式检验不合格。 7.3  出厂检验 7.3.1 供水装置出厂前应进行出厂检验，检验项目和要求见表2。 表2　检验项目和要求 序号　项目　型式检验　出厂检验　要求章条号　试验方法章条号 1　外观　●　●　5.1　6.1 2　水质净化率　●　○　5.2　6.2 3　报警　●　●　5.3　6.3 4　防护　●　○　5.4　6.4 注：　●必检项目；○协商检验项目。 7.3.2 全部出厂检验项目符合要求时，判定出厂检验合格，由制造商出具质量合格证书；若有检验项目不符合要求，应返修后复验，若复验符合要求，则判定出厂检验合格；若复验仍不符合要求，则判定出厂检验不合格。
