4 原料要求应以稀土湿法冶金产生的硫酸铵废水，然后以氯化钙处理生成的稀土石膏固废为原料，稀土石膏中稀土铈Ce元素含量水平应在0.025mg/L上下。 5 生产要求 5.1 生产场所生产场所应设在稀土石膏固废堆积场附近。生产车间面积和物理空间应与生产能力相适应，便于设备安装、物料搬运及人员操作。 5.2 设施设备 5.2.1 湿法反应槽和沉淀池。 5.2.2 MCR-3型微波化学反应器。 5.2.3 101-1A型电热鼓风干燥箱。 5.2.4 DF-101S型集热式磁力搅拌器。 5.2.5 SHZ-D（Ⅲ）型循环水多用真空泵。 5.3 化学试剂 5.3.1 无机强酸溶液，可采用硫酸、硝酸、盐酸中的任一种。无机强酸溶液中氢离子的摩尔浓度应为2-8mol/L。 5.3.2 无水乙醇，应符合GB/T 678的要求。 6 生产工艺步骤一：将稀土石膏在微波条件下溶解于无机强酸溶液中，配置成硫酸钙过饱和溶液，质量浓度应为50-120 g/L；微波加热温度应为40-90 ℃，加热时间应为5-60 min。步骤二：用循环式真空泵对硫酸钙过饱和溶液进行真空抽滤，把固液分离后得到的滤液冷却至室温，陈化2-10 h。步骤三：再次进行真空抽滤得到滤渣，滤渣用无水乙醇洗涤，在恒温干燥箱中干燥，干燥温度为60-90 ℃，干燥时间为12-36 h，干燥后得到二水硫酸钙晶须。
