4 总体要求 4.1 一般规定 4.1.1 悬浮床加氢处理重质劣质油装置厂址选择应符合城市(乡、镇)总体规划、土地利用总体规划、工业园区总体规划、环境保护专项规划等规定。厂址选择应符合GB 50187的要求。 4.1.2 装置总体布置应根据装置在工厂总平面的位置,以及与其相关的装置、罐区、系统管廊、道路等相对位置确定,并应符合GB 50984的要求。 4.1.3 装置区内应按功能及火灾危险等级分隔为单元小区布置,并应符合GB 50160的要求。 4.1.4 重质劣质油进装置一般先通过脱水、脱杂质预处理。 4.1.5 重质劣质油原料应根据不同的温度要求保温输送、储存,且储存设施应设置排液口和气体排放口,原料储存设施设置外保温,保温应符合GB 50264的要求。 4.1.6 悬浮床加氢处理重质劣质油产物应根据不同的馏分要求分类收集、输送、储存。其中,要求在储存设施设置排液口和气体排放口。 4.1.7 装置必须配备可燃、易燃介质泄漏报警和应急系统,根据加氢过程中产生热量合理设置热能回收利用设施。 4.1.8 装置处理设施应采取必要的污染控制措施。水和大气污染物排放应满足GB 31570和GB 16297的要求;厂界噪声应满足GB 12348的要求。 4.2 工艺构成 4.2.1 悬浮床加氢装置主要包括:催化剂浆液配制单元、换热与升压单元、悬浮床反应单元、新氢和循环氢单元、分馏单元、辅助工程和配套设施等。 4.2.2 催化剂浆液配制单元主要包括:催化剂预混罐、浆液输送泵、催化剂混合罐和催化剂浆液泵等。 4.2.3 换热与升压单元主要包括:原料罐、含固换热器、含固加热炉、混氢加热炉和高压原料泵等。 4.2.4 悬浮床反应单元主要包括:悬浮床加氢反应器、热高压分离器、热低压分离器、降压系统、冷高压分离器等。 4.2.5 新氢和循环氢单元主要包括:新氢压缩机和循环氢压缩机等。 4.2.6 分馏单元主要包括:常压塔系统和减压塔系统。减压塔系统主要包括进料加热炉、减压塔和减底泵等设备。
