ISO 26422:2014 specifies a method of determining the shear stability of polymer-containing lubricating oils by the four-ball machine as specified in ISO 20623, but using a tapered roller bearing. The test results allow prediction of the in-service permanent viscosity loss. NOTE Other International Standards exist which evaluate viscosity loss of polymer-containing oils. The method specified within this International Standard subjects fluids to a higher shear rate than, for example, the diesel injector nozzle shear test described within ISO 20844.[3] It is particularly appropriate for lubricants being used in high shear applications, such as components with gears and roller bearings. In such applications, the shear rate in the ISO 20844 test method can be too low to generate a realistic permanent loss in viscosity of the fluid.

在盾构掘进过程中,需要在盾尾刷之间注入盾尾密封油脂,从而确保高度的水密性,盾尾密封系统通过盾尾腔油脂压力与注浆压力和地下水土压力平衡实现隧道内外环境的隔离,避免管片外侧的水、土、同步注浆浆液渗入盾构机内部。一旦密封失效,盾尾将发生喷涌,同步注浆浆液和地下水、泥砂进入隧道会造成极大的安全威胁。盾尾密封油脂作为盾构施工中重要的功能材料,保障盾尾密封安全,一旦盾尾油脂质量不佳或者用量、压力不足,极易造成盾尾密封效果不好甚至盾尾密封失效。基于以上现状,开展盾构机盾尾密封油脂验收标准研究,确定盾尾密封油脂关键性能指标,研发盾尾密封油脂性能测试系统及方法,制定出盾构机盾尾密封油脂验收标准,合理检验与评价盾尾密封油脂的性能,保证盾尾密封效果,确保盾尾刷的有效性,保障工程顺利开展。 本文件主要技术内容如下: 1)产品分类:按照使用方式分类,分为泵送型和手涂型; 2)技术要求:规定了盾尾密封油脂的物理性能指标及环保性能指标、建设用地土壤污染风险筛选值、地下水(Ⅲ类)质量指标限值、挥发性有机物职业接触限值、浸出毒性鉴别标准值的要求; 3)试验方法:规定了标准试验条件,以及外观、密度、酸碱值、闪点、下垂度、抗剥离强度、泵送性、锥入度、耐水压密封性、抗水流冲失、蒸发损失、保油性、对金属腐蚀性、对橡胶腐蚀性、重金属及无机元素、挥发性有机物、生物毒性的试验要求; 4)检验规则:规定了检验分类、检验项目、组批与抽样、判定规则的要求; 5)标志、包装、运输、贮存:标志、包装、运输、贮存可按照NB/SH/T 0164规定进行。

1.1  This guide covers types of contaminants, oil purification devices, contamination monitoring, contamination control during building or refurbishing of turbine systems, lubrication system flushing, and maintenance of pure lubrication oil. 1.2  To obtain maximum operating life and reliability, or lubricants and system, it is vital that the turbine lubrication system has pure oil. This guide is intended to aid the equipment manufacturer, installer, and turbine operator in coordinating their efforts to obtain and maintain clean lubrication and control systems. These systems may be on land or marine turbine generators and propulsion and mechanical drive equipment. This guide is generalized due to variations in the type of equipment, builder's practices, and operating conditions. 1.3  This guide primarily addresses petroleum based lubricating oil. For systems using nonpetroleum based fluids, this guide may not be appropriate. For nonpetroleum products, consult the equipment and fluid manufacturers. 1.4  This guide is applicable to both large and small lubrication systems. Some equipment specified herein, however, may not be appropriate for all systems. Moreover, in situations where specific guidelines and procedures are provided by the equipment manufacturer, such procedures should take precedence over the recommendations of this guide. 1.5  This standard does not purport to address the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
