本标准在中华人民共和国行业标准—《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40--2004)和《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》(JTG E20—2011)的基础上,参考全国各地施工技术要求和施工技术安全,结合东营市炼油行业的工艺特点,作为该产品生产、检验和验收的依据。 本标准与《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40—2004)表4.2.1-1相比,除编辑性修改外,主要技术指标变化如下: —修改了70号针入度指标为65~75dmm; —修改了90号针入度指标为85~95dmm; —修改了70号A软化点指标为46.5~50℃; —修改了70号B软化点指标为45~50℃; —修改了90号软化点指标为45.5~49℃; —修改了70号A 60℃动力粘度指标为不小于190Pa.S; —增加了70号B 60℃动力粘度指标为不小于160Pa.S; —修改了90号A 60℃动力粘度指标为不小于170Pa.S; —修改了70号闪点指标为不小于270℃; —修改了70号A 10℃延度指标为不小于30cm; —修改了70号B 10℃延度指标为不小于25cm; —修改了90号A 10℃延度指标为不小于60cm; —修改了试验温度10℃时,同一样品,每次平行试验不少于三个,如测定结果均小于100cm时,重复性试验允许误差为平均值的10%;再现性试验允许误差为平均值的15%; —增加了闪点可能产生的误差和解决方案; —增加了PI值、60℃动力粘度、10℃延度为必检指标。

1.1 This test method covers the determination of the effects of heat and air on a film of semisolid asphaltic materials. The effects of this treatment are determined from measurements of selected asphalt properties before and after the test. 1.2 The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound units are to be regarded separately as standard. The values stated in each system may not be exact equivalents; therefore, each system shall be used independently of the other.
