1.本标准适用于配置天舜630MPa级热处理带肋高强钢筋的房屋和一般构筑物的钢筋混凝土结构设计、施工和质量验收。高强钢筋宜用作钢筋混凝土结构构件中纵向受力钢筋和预应力混凝土结构构件中非预应力受力钢筋;可用作抗剪、抗扭和抗冲切构件的横向钢筋;地基基础也可选用高强钢筋。高强钢筋不适用于轻骨料混凝土结构、特种混凝土结构和需作疲劳验算的混凝土构件;建筑上部结构及地下室中上部主体结构相关部位抗震等级为一、二、三级的框架和斜撑构件(含梯段)、剪力墙、核心筒不适用配置高强钢筋。  2.本标准中天舜630MPa级热处理带肋高强钢筋简称高强钢筋,钢筋技术条件须符合附录A“热处理带肋高强钢筋技术要求和检验方法”。符合本钢筋技术条件和检验方法规定的其他高强钢筋也适用本标准。

1.1 This test method is used for determining the shear bond strength of dimension stone wall or floor assembly adhered to a substrate. 1.2 This test method was developed for adhered stone applications and may be used in a laboratory or in the field. 1.3 Testing is performed on cured stone assemblies on a vertical or horizontal plane in an interior or exterior application. Load is applied to one edge of the stone. The load is applied at a specified rate until the stone assembly fails. 1.4 The values stated in either inch-pound units or SI units are to be regarded separately as standard. The values stated in each system are not necessarily exact equivalents; therefore, to ensure conformance with the standard, each system shall be used independently of the other, and values from the two systems shall not be combined. 1.5 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety, health, and environmental practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use. 1.6 This international standard was developed in accordance with internationally recognized principles on standardization established in the Decision on Principles for the Development of International Standards, Guides and Recommendations issued by the World Trade Organization Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) Committee.

This document specifies general principles of risk assessment for s ys tems involving s tructures. The focus is on s trategic and operational decision-making related to design, assessment, maintenance and decommissioning of structures . This also includes formulation and calibration of related codes and standards . Systems involving structures can expose s takeholders at various levels in society to significant risks . The aim of this document is to facilitate and enhance decision-making with regard to monitoring, reducing and managing risks, and preparing for emergency in an efficient, cost-effective and transparent manner. Within the broader context of risk management, risk assessment provides decision-makers with procedures to determine whether or not, and in what manner, it is appropriate to treat risks. This document provides a general framework as well as a procedure for identifying hazards and estimating, evaluating and treating risks of s tructures and s ys tems involving s tructures. This document also provides a basis for code writers as well as designers to set reasonable target-reliability levels, such as s tated in ISO 2394, based on the result of risk considerations. For exis ting s tructures, it is intended that assessment of the risks associated with the events that were not considered in the original design or with changes in use be implemented according to the principles s tated in this document. This document can also be used for risk assessment of exceptional structures upon specific adaptation and detailing, the design of which is not usually within the scope of existing codes .

However, fires and human-made earthquakes are not included. Where relevant, it can also be applied directly to specific cases. This document describes how the principles of risk and reliability can be utilized to support decisions related to the design and assessment of structures subject to accidental actions and systems involving structures during all the phases of their service life. For the general principles of risk informed design and assessment, it is intended that ISO 2394 be considered. The application of this document necessitates knowledge beyond that which it contains. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that this knowledge is available and applied.
