本标准规定了制（修）订和实施金属材料化学分析方法航空标准时必须遵守的总则及一般规定。 　　本标准适用于制（修）订和实施金属材料──钢铁、高温合金、铝合金、镁合金、钛合金、铜合金、贵金属及其合金等的化学分析方法，也适用于其它原材料的化学分析方法。航空工业部门所属单位在制（修）订和实施企业标准时亦可参照采用。
