5 运行要求 5.1 正常使用要求 在下列条件下，软水机能正常使用。 5.1.1 进水要求 4 T/DZJN 06-2018 a) 水质符合GB 5749 的市政自来水或其他集中式供水； b) 水压：0.1Mpa～0.6MPa； c）水温：热水器前端：5°C~38°C；热水器后端：5°C~65°C 5.1.2 环境条件 a）温度：4℃-40℃； b）相对湿度：不大于90%（25℃时）。 5.1.3 适用场所 适用于沐浴用及类似用途水的软化,如美容、美发等场所。可安装在热水器（或相似加热设备）前 端或者热水器后端如图示。 a)前端安装示意图b)后端安装示意图 说明： 1 热水器 2 热水器进水口 3 热水器出水口 4 沐浴软水机 5 软水机进水口 6 软水机出水口 7 混水阀 8 手持花洒 5.2 外观 5.2.1 软水机外观应清洁，整齐，无锈蚀。 5.2.2 软水机外露结构件应色泽均匀，无锐利棱边。 5.2.3 采用对氯离子敏感的材料制作的罐体内外表面应有防腐措施，如外表面酸洗钝化、内表面设置 防腐涂层或衬里；罐体内表面应平整光滑，罐体不应含有对使用性能有影响的龟裂、分层、针孔、杂质、 贫胶区及气泡等。开口平面应和轴线垂直，无毛刺及其它明显缺陷。 5.3
