1.基本规定 给出了建筑信息模型（BIM）现场应用评价相关的术语和定义，包括“建筑信息模型”、“建筑信息子模型”、“建筑信息模型元素”、“建筑信息模型软件”等术语和定义。 2.管理方案规划 基于BIM与物联网的技术应用管理方案是指导建设阶段、运营阶段和维护阶段BIM、物联网技术应用的重要文件，应由实际建设、运营和维护管理单位牵头，专业咨询服务商支持（包括BIM咨询、FM设施管理咨询、IOT设备供应商等）、软件供应商参与共同制订。方案宜在项目交付和项目试运行期间，且根据项目的实际需求制订。 3.系统建设概述 基于BIM和IOT的管理平台系统建设是基于BIM和IOT的管理平台阶段的核心工作。基于BIM和IOT的管理平台系统应在基于BIM和IOT的管理平台管理方案的总体框架下，结合短期、中期、远期规划，本着“数据安全、系统稳定、功能适用、支持拓展”的原则进行软件选型和模型搭建。 4.系统业务模块概述 标准第6章中，具体从设备设施运行管理、空间管理、资产管理、运营维护管理、能源管理、绿色运维评价等方面介绍了系统业务模块的目标和功能。 5.BIM模型构建与数据标准 具体阐释了BIM模型构建和BIM模型数据标准的基本情况。 6.系统建设技术规程 从环境感知系统接入、消防系统接入、入侵防范系统接入、设备设施接入等方面具体介绍了物联网监测系统的基本构成和要求。 7.系统建设基础数据收集规程 从物业管理、空间管理、设施管理、智能建筑等方面具体介绍了系统建设基础数据收集规程的要求。 8.系统维护策略 为确保运维管理系统的正常运行和发挥价值，系统维护必不可少。运维管理维护包括：软件本身的维护升级，数据的维护管理。运维管理系统的维护宜由软件供应商或者开发团队提供。运维管理维护计划宜在运维系统实施完毕交付之前由业主运维部门审核通过。
