5.2 有限数量包装 5.2.1 化学试剂应装在有合适外包装的内包装中，并可使用中间包装。不同密度的包装介质具体包装瓶数可参考附录C，包装件总质量不应超过20 kg。 5.2.2 装有第8类腐蚀性化学试剂、第3类易燃液态化学试剂的玻璃瓶应采用相应强度全包套衬垫或其他可靠的中间包装，并可将内容器套在密封的塑料袋内。如果内装物发生泄漏，中间包装或外包装的保护性能不应因泄漏受到破坏。 5.2.3 包装应结构合理、足够坚固、密封性好，能够有效承受正常运输与周转过程中的冲击、载荷，并防止震动、温度、湿度或压力变化引起的任何内装物的损失。运输过程中，不应有任何化学试剂残留或黏附于包装的外表面。 5.2.4 内包装与化学试剂直接接触，不应因相互接触而影响化学试剂的质量，以及由于化学试剂本身的影响而使包装容器的强度减弱。 5.2.5 包装瓶装载液体时，应留有足够的膨胀空间，防止运输过程中因温度变化引起膨胀导致容器变形或渗漏。液体不得完全充满容器，在常温下容器的最大充装度的规定见表1。 表1 容器的最大充装度 项 目 指 标 物质的沸点T T＜60 ℃ 60 ℃≤T＜100 ℃ 100 ℃≤T＜200 ℃ 200 ℃≤T＜300 ℃ T≥300 ℃ 充装度（容器体积分数）/% 90 92 94 96 98 5.2.6 内包装应放置在中间包装或外包装中，保证正常运输条件下内包装不破裂。装有液体的内包装，密封瓶口应朝上，在外包装内的摆放位置与包装件的方向标记一致。 5.2.7 配有稀释剂、退敏剂的化学试剂，其包装的密封性能应保证稀释剂或退敏剂的数量在运输过程中不会下降到安全限值以下。 5.2.8 盛装液体化学试剂的包装，应能够承受正常运输过程中液体对包装的内部压力。如内装化学试剂在某些条件下释放非毒性、非易燃气体，导致包装内产生压力，则应采取包装缓释装置。 5.2.9 包装的每个内容器所装化学试剂的最大数量应符合JT/T 617.3—2018的要求。 5.3 例外数量包装 5.3.1 化学试剂应装在有中间包装的内包装中。包装物应结构合理、足够坚固、密封性好，能够有效承受正常运输过程中的冲击、载荷，并防止震动、温度、湿度或压力变化引起内装物的损失。运输过程中不应有任何化学试剂残留或黏附于包装外表面。 5.3.2 内包装应使用塑料（盛装液体试剂时厚度不小于0.5 mm）、玻璃、陶瓷或金属等材质。每个内包装应使用可靠手段进行封口，封口材料应能耐内装物的腐蚀。 5.3.3 内包装与化学试剂直接接触的部位，不应因相互接触影响化学试剂的质量以及由于化学试剂产品本身的影响使包装容器的强度减弱，正常运输条件下不应发生化学试剂渗透情况。 5.3.4 每个内包装应牢靠地包装在带衬垫材料的中间包装中，正常运输条件下内包装不应破裂、内装物不应泄漏。中间包装应牢靠地包装在坚固、硬质的外包装中。在发生破裂或泄漏的情况下，不论包装件的方向如何，中间包装都应能够完全承载内装物。 5.3.5 盛装液态化学试剂货物的中间包装应能吸收或承载内包装的全部内装物。化学试剂不应与衬垫材料、吸收材料和包装材料产生化学反应，不应降低材料的完整性和作用。 5.3.6 包装瓶装载液体时，应留有足够的膨胀空间，防止运输过程中因温度变化引起膨胀导致容器变形或渗漏，在常温下容器的最大充装度按照表1的规定。 5.3.7 可作为例外数量运输的化学试剂，在附录A表A.1例外数量列中给出字母数字编码，其编码对应装载量应符合表2的规定。 表2 例外数量字母数字编码 编码 每件内容器的最大净装载量 每件外容器的最大净装载量 E0 不适用例外数量运输 E1 30 1000 E2 30 500 E3 30 300 E4 1 500 E5 1 300 注：表中数字，固体单位为克（g），液体单位为毫升（mL）。
