本标准规定了平行热线法测定耐火材料的导热系数。 本标准适用于测量温度不大于1250℃、导热系数小于25W/(m·K)的材料,不适用于导电材料。在1.2规定的范围内,本法还适用于粉状料及颗粒料(见7.2)。注 1)不烧砖和不定形耐火材料预制件的导热系数由于受硬化或凝固后残留水在加热时脱水的影响,试样须作预处理。预处理的方法、程度和试样在测量温度时的保温时间等细节超出了本标准的范围,应由有关双方协商一致。 2)测量非均质材料一般是困难的,尤其是含有纤维的材料,使用本方法对这类材料的测量也应由有关双方协商一致。
