Dieser Teil von ISO 4210 legt Begriffe in Bezug auf sicherheitstechnische und leistungsbezogene Anforderungen an konstruktive Ausfuhrung, Zusammenbau und Prufung von Fahrradern und Baugruppen fest, die uber eine in Tabelle 1 festgelegte Sattelhohe verfugen. Dieser Teil von ISO 4210 gilt nicht fur spezialisierte Fahrradtypen wie Lastenfahrrader, Liegefahrrader, Tandems, BMX-Fahrrader und Fahrrader, die fur harte Anwendungen wie genehmigte Wettbewerbsveranstaltungen, Trickfahrten oder Kunstsprungfiguren ausgelegt und ausgerustet sind. ANMERKUNG Bei Fahrradern mit einer maximalen Sattelhohe von 435 mm oder weniger siehe ISO 8124-1 und bei einer maximalen Sattelhohe von mehr als 435 mm und weniger als 635 mm siehe ISO 8098.
