SS 542-2008 建筑物喷涂实施规程

This standard specifies the requirements of good industry practices for the painting of buildings. It provides recommendations for good industry practice in the painting of low and high rise buildings, excluding specialised buildings. The standard takes into account the need to protect many building surfaces against the weather or other forms of attack normally encountered. The paints referred to in this standard are principally of conventional type, generally of acrylic, enamel, polyurethane, epoxy, silicone and intumescent types but limited reference is made to special paints. This standard does not claim to cover in details the wide and constant increasing range of paints available. Some types of paint have been excluded because of their obsolescence, limited or specialised usage, environmental hazard or, in the case of newly-developed products, lack of experience of their performance in service. The recommendations made in the standard are intended to facilitate achievement of good quality of finishes, provided that the works of other trades have been completed in compliance with the codes of practice of the respective trades. Where especially high standards of finish are required, more elaborate processes and systems other than those described in this standard may be necessary and should be specified and/or carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions/specifications.

This part of ISO 8502 describes a method of extracting, for analysis, soluble contaminants from a surface by use of flexible cells in the form of adhesive patches which can be attached to any surface, regardless of its shape (flat or curved) and its orientation (facing in any direction, including downwards). The method described is suitable for use in the field to determine the presence of soluble contaminants before painting or a similar treatment. This part of ISO 8502 does not cover the subsequent analysis of the contaminants that have been dissolved off. Methods of analysis suitable for field use are described in other parts of ISO 8502.

This part of IS0 11126 specifies requirements for fused aluminium oxide abrasives, as supplied for blast-cleaning processes. It specifies ranges of particle sizes and values for apparent density, Mohs hardness, moisture content, conductivity of aqueous extract and water-soluble chlorides. The requirements specified in this part of IS0 11126 apply to abrasives supplied in the "new" condition only. They do not apply to abrasives either during or after use. Test methods for non-metallic blast-cleaning abrasives are given in the various parts of IS0 11127. NOTE 1 Information on commonly referenced national and international standards is given in h e x A. NOTE 2 Although this part of IS0 11126 has been developed specifically to meet requirements for preparation of steelwork, the properties specified will generally be appropriate for use when preparing other material surfaces, or components, using blast-cleaning techniques. This part of ISO 11126 specifies requirements for copper refinery slag abrasives, as supplied for blast-cleaning processes.
