Description: The Applied Biosystems API 4000 QTrap combines triple quadrupole scan modes with new features of the MDS Sciex Linear ion trap scans in a single LC/MS/MS run,  identifying and characterizing Phase I and Phase II processes in a single, quick assay.  This robust system comes complete with a Shimadzu HPLC and CTC autosampler.  Most molecules can be easily qualified and quantified with this high throughput system.
