Alarm Pump Detected Bubble
waters2695液相出现泵内有气泡，提示报警
判断：
The solvent management system detected a "bubble" during its compression cycle. The criterion for detection
of a bubble is the failure of the pre-compression stroke to achieve system pressure within 20% of the working stroke.
Possible causes are:
@A gas bubble momentarily interrupted solvent flow.
@The solvent delivery system is operating at near its maximum pressure vs. flow envelope
@High gas loading of solvents. Check the degas or sparge system for adequate solvent conditioning.
