IL-5

白细胞介素 5 (IL-5, IL5) 由活化的 CD4+ TH2 型细胞、NK 细胞、肥大细胞和 细胞产生。它专门控制嗜酸性粒细胞的产生、激活和定位。

与 NHP 反应的系统要么基于交叉反应的人类试剂盒,要么基于专门开发的猴子试剂盒 (NHP)

 

交叉反应性验证测试已由 Mabtech /或其他人在 ELISpot /或 ELISA 中进行。交叉反应证据较少的测定被定义为适应症。
