艾美捷Relia Tech内皮细胞生长添加剂解决方案

内皮细胞生长添加剂（ECGS/ECGF）是一种培养基补充剂，是一种牛脑提取物，能够促进哺乳动物血管内皮细胞生长的因子。近年来，ECGF作为细胞生长添加物在科研中被广泛应用，也有报道称ECGF对用于单克隆抗体生产的杂交瘤细胞的融合和生长有一定的辅助作用，一起来看看艾美捷Relia Tech内皮细胞生长添加剂解决方案。

以无疯牛病的牛脑提取粗提物，制备内皮细胞生长因子的方法是根据Maciag等的方法（1979）修改过的，内皮细胞生长因子以无菌冻干粉（从含有氯化钠和硫酸链霉素的溶液中无菌冻干）的形式供应，每瓶含有6 mg蛋白质。

1.Cat# 300-090：纯ECGF。 由于肝素增强了ECGF粗制剂的有丝分裂活性：

2.Cat#300-090H：补充了带肝素的ECGF (2.5 mg肝素/mg ECGF)。

3.Cat# 300-090-B：是ECGF pro 1，用于血液及微血管内皮细胞（BECs、HMEC）的培养，ECGF pro 1补充重组人VEGF 165（终浓度:10ng/ml）。本品也可补充肝素（Cat# 300-090H-B）。  

含VEGF 165用于微血管内皮细胞培养：

ECGFpro1  300-090-B 6mg

ECGFpro1 +Heparin(肝素) 300-090H-B 6mg

含VEGF-C用于淋巴内皮细胞培养：

ECGFpro2  300-090-L 6mg

ECGFpro2 +Heparin/肝素 300-090H-L 6mg

ECGF用于人微血管内皮细胞（HMEC）培养的合适浓度范围是100-300 μg/ml，加入肝素（50 μg/ml）后的合适浓度范围是10-20 μg/ml。ECGF pro 1因子和牛ECGF pro 2因子对小鼠细胞，牛细胞和人细胞起作用。

*每瓶中含有足够多的生长因子添加物和VEGF-A或VEGF-C，可以为血液或者淋巴内皮细胞提供合适生长环境。
