《中国药典》2010年版英文版（二部）翻译应注意的问题
一、翻译要求和应规范项目
(一) 要求
1、原料药中的制剂项按英文字母顺序排列。
2、2010年版中文版如存在错误，应忠实原文，并在上报稿件时说明，
待确定勘误后，统稿时统一改正。如为明显错误，且改动微小，可自
行改正，但也要上报中文版错误之处，以便勘误。
3、化学名部分由编委进行审核。首选BP或USP第二化学名，药典会
最终确定。
4、英文版中标点符号：“、”修改为“，”。
(二) 规范项目
1、无水乙醇：建议使用“dehydrated ethanol”。
2、胶囊内容物，应使用复数：mixed contents。
3、对照品和方法项应大写：如described under Ipriflavone或者
described under the Assay…
4、HPLC鉴别：The retention time of the principal peak of the test solution
in the chromatogram obtained in the Assay is identical with that of the
principal peak in the chromatogram of the reference solution.
5、红外鉴别：（1）原料药：The infrared absorption spectrum (Appendix
Ⅳ C) is concordant with the reference spectrum (IR Album No.216) .
（2）制剂：The infrared absorption spectrum (Appendix Ⅳ C) is
concordant with the reference spectrum of XXX (IR Album No.616).
6、溶出介质：应翻译为dissolution medium
7、含量测定：
照含量测定项下的色谱条件：
建议采用：Using the chromatographic conditions described under
Assay, …
照含量测定项下的色谱方法
建议采用：Proceed as described (Carry out the method described) in the test for related substances under Trifluoperazine Hydrochloride.（照盐酸三氟拉嗪有关物质项下的方法）
或Carry out the Assay(含量测定法) described under XXXX
8、调节pH值：adjust to pH。
9、熔点：应使用“～”。品种为熔融分解，则使用“Meilting point”而不使用“Melting range、”
10、分液漏斗：应翻译为separating funnel，目前翻译为separator也可。
11、干燥失重：维持现有翻译方法，“ When dried (in vacuum) (over phosphorous pentoxide) to constant weight at 105℃, loses not more than 0.5% of its weight (Appendix Ⅷ L).”
12、新沸放冷的水：维持细则翻译方法，“freshly boiled and cooled water”。
13、不计入色谱峰的描述：Disregard。
二、编译细则应增、修订内容：
1、编译细则第2页3. 性状项下（7）Very soluble in chloroform, benzene or ethyl acetate; insoluble in water. 本品在三氯甲烷、苯或乙酸乙酯中极易溶解，在水中不溶。
修订为：Very soluble in chloroform, in benzene and in ethyl acetate; insoluble in water.
2、编译细则：to produce solutions of 0.1 g per ml as the test solution
修订为：to produce a solution containing 0.1 g per ml
此外Inject into the column与Inject onto the column均可。
3、理论板数：编译细则中“theoretical plates of the column is not less than 1500, calculated with reference to the peak of lincomycin.”
BP中“the number of theoretical plates calculated for the** peak is not less than……”以上两种翻译方法均可以。
4、编译细则15页Dissolution（溶出度）
（1）对照品法：……. Measure the absorbance of the resulting solutions at 345 nm(Appendix Ⅳ A). Calculate the dissolution of C22H22N2O8 from each tablet.
……在345nm的波长处分别测定吸光度，按二者吸光度的比值计算每片的溶出度，应符合规定。
修订为Measure the absorbance of each of the resulting solutions
（2）吸收系数法： Measure the absorbance of the resulting solution
