Application:  用途
Gastight chamber furnaces with retort are used especially for heat treatment of materials in controlled atmosphere (argon, nitrogen, forming gas etc.) with low gas drain, to the max. temperature 1100C for bright annealing, tempering, soldering, steel powder sintering.
可控气氛炉作为特殊用途的炉子，可以用于在控制气氛（氩气、氮气、合成气体等）中材料的热处理，炉内密封好，zei高温度可达1100℃，可以进行封闭退火、封闭回火、封闭焊接、粉末等烧结。
 
Description of the construction of the furnace:   主要结构描述
-          frame from mild steel,
-          金属外壳
-          stainless steel gas tight retort with water cooled collar
-          可控气氛炉胆和水冷系统
-          door sealed with silicon seal
-          硅橡胶密封
-          overpressure gas outlet
-          过压气氛保护装置
-          protection atmosphere supply on right side of furnace
-          炉子的右侧是保护性气体输入口
-          furnace insulated with light-weight bricks
-          炉子的保温由轻质耐火砖实现
-          heating spirals on ceramic tubes on side walls and in grooves at furnace bottom
-          陶瓷管上的电热丝被安装左右和底部
-          door equipped with safety terminal switch
-          门上安装安全开关
-          electrical installation on back side of furnace
-          电力装置被安装在炉子的后侧
-          controller INDUSTRY allows saving of 30 control programs in the internal controller memory, each program can consist of up to 15 steps, operator may start the select program on a preset date and time thanks to the installed real time clock.
-          控制器可以储存30个程序，每个程序zei多可以设置15个步骤，时钟功能，定时开关。该控制器可以满足任何复杂工艺
-          thermocouple of the type S, placed on the back side
-          S型热电偶被安装在背面
-          semiconductor non-contact switch relay
