Who is standard BS 45002-1 Occupational health and safety management systems for?
It’s suitable both for organizations working towards full compliance with ISO 45001 and those working towards that in stages, as well as users of OHSAS 18001, OHSAS 18002 and BS 18004.
It will be useful to smaller organizations that do not have much experience and expertise in OH&S management . However it’s also likely to be very useful to larger organizations where health has traditionally been less well-managed than safety.
