The present document identifies IPRs@ particularly patents and patent applications@ which have been notified to ETSI as being Essential@ or potentially Essential@ to ETSI Standards or Technical Specifications. Unless otherwise specified@ all IPRs included into the present document have been notified to ETSI@ with an undertaking from the owner to grant licences according to the terms and conditions of article 6.1 of the ETSI IPR Policy [1]@ Annex 6 of the ETSI Rules of Procedure [3].
