This Recommendation sets out the charging and accounting principles for teleservices provided over the ISDN. It covers the teleservices currently contained in the following sections of Recommendation 1.241: Q 1 for telephony, O 2 for teletex, O 3 for telefax 4,0 4 for mixed mode, Q 5 for videotex and Q 6 for telex.
