The Japanese Industrial Standard specifies electric vacuum cleaners for household with a rated power consumption of 100 W to 1000 W in which the back pressure of a blower driven by a motor is utilized and other vacuum cleaners of over 1000 W to and including 1500 W (herrafter referred to as "vacuum cleaner").
