- The document is intended to simplify an additional interface between the actuator of a control valve and positioner. It is a concept open to all manufacturers of actuators and positioners which permits the exchange of different positioner makes on the same actuator. It applies special for high vibration and shock loads as well as for the installation of tubeless solenoid valves according to VDI/VDE 3845.
