5 试验方法 5.1 状态调节和试验环境 除另有规定外,试样应按GB/T 2918的规定,在(23±2)℃条件下进行状态调节,时间不少于24h,并在同样条件下进行试验。 5.2 外观检验 用肉眼观察,内壁可用光源照看。 5.3 长度 用精度不低于1mm的量具测量。 5.4 尺寸测量 5.4.1平均外径和极限偏差 按GB/T 8806-2008的规定,测量试样同一截面相互垂直的两外径,以两外径的算术平均值为管材的平均外径。 5.4.2 壁厚和极限偏差 按GB/T 8806-2008的规定。 5.5 弯曲度 按QB/T 2803-2006的规定测试。 5.6 物理力学性能 5.6.1 环刚度 按GB/T 9647-2015的规定进行试验。在试验温度(23±2)℃条件下,5分钟内完成测定。 5.6.2 扁平试验 按GB/T 9647-2015的规定进行试验。从3根管材上各取1根(200±5)mm管段为试样,试样两端应垂直切平,试验速度为(10±2)mm/min。当试样被压缩至管上下壁互相接触,立即卸荷。管材无破裂,无分层。 5.6.3 落锤冲击试验 按GB/T 14152-2001的规定测定,取长度为(200±10)的试样10段,置于(0±1)℃的水浴或空气浴中进行状态调节2h。状态调节后,应从空气浴中取出10S内或从水浴中取出20s内完成试验,试验环境为(23±2)℃。每个试样冲击一次。试验条件应采用D90锤头,落锤质量为15kg,冲击高度为2m。 5.6.4 密度 按GB/T 1033.1-2008法的规定测定。 5.6.5 拉伸强度 按GB/T 8804.2-2003的规定测定。 5.6.6 断裂伸长率 按GB/T 8804.2-2003的规定测定。 5.6.7 复原率     按YD/T 841.1-2008中的5.10规定进行试验。 5.6.8 静摩擦系数 按YD/T 841.1-2008中附录A的有关规定测定。 5.6.9 纵向回缩率 按GB/T 6671-2001规定的方法B-烘箱试验法试验,烘箱温度130±2℃,试样在烘箱中放置60min,管材直径方向收缩≤5%为合格产品。 5.6.10 维卡软化温度 按GB/T 8802-2001规定试验。 5.7 连接密封性 按GB/T 6111-2018测定,试验压力50KPa,持压时间至少24h。

1.1 This standard is a compilation of test methods for evaluating properties of thermally conductive electrical insulation sheet materials to be used for dielectric applications. 1.2 Such materials are thin, compliant sheets, typically produced by mixing thermally conductive particulate fillers with organic or silicone binders. For added physical strength these materials are often reinforced with a woven or nonwoven fabric or a dielectric film. 1.3 These test methods apply to thermally conductive sheet material ranging from about 0.02 to 6-mm thickness. 1.4 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. NOTE 1—There is no IEC publication or ISO standard equivalent to this standard. 1.5 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety, health, and environmental practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
