针对我国推动钢铁行业超低排放的要求,围绕活性炭(焦)的着火点、耐压强度、耐磨强度、脱硫值、脱硝率、水分、碘吸附值与比表面积、堆积密度、粒度、pH值、灰分、挥发分等及其检验规则、检验方法等提出了要求,标准的制定结合行业现状,形成了满足钢铁行业烟气特点的、系统性和可操作性强的活性炭评价和质量标准,为钢铁行业烟气超低排放用煤质颗粒活性炭生产和应用提供了参考依据。 具体技术内容包括:(1)范围;(2)规范性引用文件;(3)术语和定义;(4)检验方法;(5)技术要求;(6)检验规则;(7)标志、包装、运输、贮存;(8)附录A(规范性)煤质活性炭碘吸附值的测定方法。
