GB/T 14557-1993 射频同轴连接器电气试验和测量程度反射系数

本标准规定了用普通的测量方法（无误差识别的电桥或定向耦合器或开槽测量线法、双连接器法）、具有误差识别的测量方法（电桥法、定向耦合器法）、典型方法和时域反射计法测量射频同轴连接器及射频同轴连接器转接器反射系数的方法。 射频连接器的反射系数应采用标准试验连接器与测试样品插合进行测量。转接器应在其两端与标准试验连接器插合。 特定类型连接器的有关规范还应规定相应的标准试验连接器（0级连接器）。包括精密传输线或电缆在内的整个插合成对的标准试验连接器对都应呈现出最均匀一致的特性阻抗。应按连接器制造厂提供的说明书的规定，把一段适用的电缆装接到电缆连接器上。应优先选用具有精确公差型的电缆。允许使用电缆模拟装置来代替电缆。 应采用时域反射计（TDR）检查测量装置的均匀性以及检查所使用同轴传输线段的不完善性和检测其特性阻抗的精确度。 反射系数应表示为频率的函数。通常应采用频域方法进行测量，最好使用扫频信号发生器。当频率约为1GHz时，可以先用时域方法测量，然后再转换成频域特性，这样的测量具有可区分出由被测连接器引起的反射和系统中的其他反射的特殊优点。而且频域方法测量时，特别在频率较低时，就很难区分反射是由哪部分引起的。 如果采用不同于扫频法的点频法，测试频率点之间应采用适当小的频率增量。除非频率信号发生器（通常自动控制）能产生非常小的频率增量，否则，点频法对误差分辨并不是一种令人满意的方法。测量反射系数（作为频率的函数）的常用设备有射频电桥、定向耦合器和开槽测量线。在没有采用能分辨不同缺陷引起误差的特殊装置条件下，一般来说，只有在反射系数大于0.05时（指测量不精确度应不大于测量值的10％），采用这些设备的测量装置才是令人满意的。 对规定的反射系数极限值低于0.05的连接器进行测试时，通常必须采用能分辨误差影响并能判断有关反射的测量装置。 有些计算机控制的自动测量系统，带有误差校正模式的附加程序，它无需另外的误差分辨方法，就可减小测量频率点反射系数的测量不准确性。 本标准适用于配接射频同轴电缆或带状线或微带传输用的射频同轴连接器及射频同轴连接器转接器等。
