Diese Internationale Norm legt die Mess- und Bewertungsverfahren für gasförmige Emissionen und Partikelemissionen von Hubkolben-Verbrennungsmotoren (RIC-Motoren) unter stationären Bedingungen auf einem Prüfstand fest, die für die Bestimmung eines leistungsbezogenen Emissionswertes jeder Schadstoffkomponente im Abgas notwendig sind. Verschiedene Kombinationen aus Motorlast und -drehzahl geben die unterschiedlichen Motoranwendungen wieder. Diese Internationale Norm gilt für RIC-Bootsmotoren, die für den Einbau in kleine Wasserfahrzeuge bis zu einer Rumpflänge von 24 m vorgesehen sind.

La présente partie de l'IEC 60092 spécifie les exigences pour la conception, la construction et l'installation des réseaux électriques à bord des petits navires dont la longueur ne dépasse pas 50 m et le tonnage brut 500 GT (Gross Tonne) qui sont conçus pour être utilisés dans les eaux intérieures ou en mer. Elle n'est pas destinée à s'appliquer : a) aux petits navires équipés seulement d'une batterie alimentant des circuits pour le démarrage d'un moteur et pour les feux de navigation rechargée par un alternateur entraîné par un moteur en-bord ou hors-bord ; b) les navires de plaisance d'une longueur de coque inférieure à 24 m exigeant la conformité à la Directive 94/25/CE sur les navires de plaisance, Annexe 1 Exigences Essentielles, Partie 5.3 Systèmes Électriques, à l'exception des installations à courant alternatif triphasé de tels navires de plaisance qui fonctionnent à une tension nominale ne dépassant pas 500 V en courant alternatif.

Dieser Teil der ISO 6185 legt die sicherheitstechnischen Mindestanforderungen an die Konstruktion, Werkstoffeigenschaften, Verarbeitung und Prufung von aufblasbaren Booten und Festrumpfschlauchbooten von einer Gesamtlange LH entsprechend ISO 8666 von weniger als 8 m und mit einer Motorleistung von mindestens 15 kW fest. Dieser Teil der ISO 6185 gilt fur folgende Kategorien von Booten, die fur einen Einsatz in einem Temperaturbereich von -20 °C bis +60 °C vorgesehen sind: Kategorie VII: motorbetriebene Boote, ausgestattet mit einer Auftriebskammer, die die Backbord- und Steuerbordseite bedeckt, geeignet fur Fahrten unter Bedingungen fur die Konstruktionsklassen C und D und mit einer Motorleistung von mindestens 15 kW; Kategorie VIII: motorbetriebene Boote, ausgestattet mit einer Auftriebskammer, die die Backbord- und Steuerbordseite bedeckt, geeignet fur Fahrten unter Bedingungen fur die Konstruktionsklasse B und mit einer Motorleistung von mindestens 75 kW. ANMERKUNG 1 Aufbau und Hauptbestandteile von typischen Booten der Kategorien VII und VIII werden jeweils in den Anhangen A und B angegeben. Dieser Teil der ISO 6185 schliest Ein-Kammer-Boote und Boote aus tragerlosen Werkstoffen aus und gilt nicht fur Wasserspielzeuge und aufblasbare Rettungsflose. ANMERKUNG 2 Bei Sportbooten nach der Sportbootrichtlinie (RCD) der Europaischen Union, die mit einem Innenbordmotor und einem nicht genormten integriertem Abgassystem ausgestattet sind, mussen Anforderungen an die Larmemission berucksichtigt werden.
