本机按照GB/T3682-2000的要求设计制造，其主要参数满足ISO1133-97、ASTM1238标准要求可用于对ABS、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酰胺、纤维树脂、丙烯酸酯、聚甲醛、聚碳酸.氟塑料等多种塑料材料的熔体质量流动速率（MFR）或熔体体积流动速率（MVR）来进行测定.

1、加热体元件已经淘汰同类产品采用的普通电加热丝的方式，而采用稀有合金材料镍铬金属压铸而成，具有长时间高温状态烧不坏的使用特点．

  2、即可以做质量法试验又可以做体积法试验。根据用户要求，另配体积法（Ｂ法）位移检测装置一套．

  3、配有无线遥控开关电源装置可以远程操作实验主机的启停。

  4、该仪器是国内首家彩色液晶中文显示。

  5、自动计时，自动切料，自动计算熔融指数,自动打印试验数据等多种功能.
