控温仪表：采用综合的电磁兼容设计和人性化的菜单设计，采用了公司自主研发的自适应控温技术进行温度控制，使得设备操作完全傻瓜化，解决了以往PID控制技术需要多次参数整定，温度过冲等弊病，控温效果极佳。双屏高亮度宽视窗数字显示，示值清晰、直观。微电脑智能控制，设定温度后，仪表自行控制加热功率，并显示加热状态，控温精确而稳定。超温报警并自动切断加热电源。有定时功能，定时时间zei长达9999分钟。具有因停电，死机状态造成数据丢失而保护的参数记忆，来电恢复功能。
保温层：国内首创，高性能的绝缘结构。从里到外有内腔、内壳、超细玻璃纤维、空气夹层，内胆热量损失少。内胆外箱及门胆机构独特，极大减少了内腔热量的外传。

内胆结构：内胆均为不锈钢材料制成，半圆形四角设计使清洁更方便；置于箱体背部的电加热器热量通过侧面风道向前排出，经过干燥物后再被背部的高性能专用风机吸入，形成合理的风道，能使热空气充分对流，使箱内温度zei大限度达到均匀。工作室内搁架可随用户的要求任意调节高度以及搁架的数量。

外箱结构：采用国内首创流线型圆弧设计，外壳采用冷轧钢板制造，表面静电喷塑；

双层门结构：打开箱门，工作室设有玻璃密封门，用于观察工作室内情况。采用纳米材料门封条及保温材料令整机性能体现更优越；
传感器：A级PT100铂金电阻；       加热方式：镍铬合金电加热器
