北京北方同正生物技术发展有限公司成立于1993年，是由中国兵器工业规划研究院创办下的有限责任公司。经过十七年来的创业发展，公司秉承“得益于生物技术，致力于生物技术”的服务理念，以做国内生命科学研究用户的顾问，让所代理和生产的产品成为中国科研用户的首选为目标，专注于生命科学研究领域，为用户提供全套研究、生产所用产品。代理产品包括德国Miele清洗消毒机（中国北方区总代）、MP FastPrep样品快速制备系统、Pall纯水及超纯水系统、德国赛多利斯仪器、日本日立离心机、Thermo-Finnpipette移液器以及公司自产仪器；还代理有美国Pall Life Science过滤产品，Thermo-Fisher生命科学部HyClone、Pierce、ABgene、Dharmacon、OPEN BIOSYSTEMS，MP(原ICN)生物医学试剂，民海血清等。
