质谱已广泛应用于科研、制药、医疗、食品、环境等各个领域。虽然质谱仪本身的扫描速度可以达到 10-1000 Hz,但目前通用的质谱进样分离手段与质谱仪的高扫描速度并不匹配,从而大大限制了质谱分析的通量。为了解决上述问题,SCIEX开发了声波激发与质谱联用系统 AEMS(Acoustic Ejection Mass Spectrometry)技术。这一革命性的创新科技通过开放端口接口(Open Port Interface, OPI)将高速声波液滴激发技术(Acoustic Droplet Ejection, ADE)与经典的 ESI 电离方法有机的结合在一起,同时实现零交叉污染、精准定量的高通量分析平台。


SCIEX 自2020年正式推出超高通量声波激发质谱 Echo MS系统后,获得了广泛关注和高度评价,全球累计销量已超过50多台。目前Echo MS广泛应用于化合物的高通量筛选、药物的药代动力学分析、合成生物学、高通量靶向组学研究等领域。
