    The production series HTBL are Bottom Loader for thermal heat treatment up to 2200°C, available for useful space from 50 l - 200 l.
    The working space is a vertical cylinder. The applications reach from research to production plants.
    In the bottom loader version,the bottom is lowered and driven out of the furnace.It then pivots forward to allow easy loading. Moreover,specimen thermocouples can,for example,be placed with pinpoint precision.

-Water cooling with flow monitoring,flow regulation and temperature displays
-Heaters made of graphite,molybdenum,tungsten

-Temperature regulation via thermosensors or pyrometers
-Excess temperature safeguard with separate regulator and thermosensor
-Gas supply for protective gas
-Power element
-Siements S7-300 controller for automatic process sequencing
