Having produced a compound the HIGH FORCE series of all electric injection moulding machines and the LINEAR range of profile and tube extruders have been developed to meet the needs of an exacting wide range of applications enabling the production of mini and micro mouldings, medical tubing and profiles etc.
The concept is based on robust low maintenance mechanical components within a substantial rigid chassis and proven industry standard electric drives controlled by world renowned Omron PLC systems.

RONDOL equipment uses the techniques of non-invasive mixing and twin screw compounding to compound active nano materials into molten polymer carriers. These compounds can then be moulded into suitable medical devices, scaffolds, drug delivery systems etc.
Non Invasive mixing allows rapid batch mixing at a selected degree of specific energy allowing totally enclosed high shear or low shear mixing.
Twin screw compounding techniques meet the essential requirements of:
• High torque dispersive mixing with optimised screw profiles
• The capability of adding measured quantities of nano
materials to melt stream
• The facility to process small quantities
• A small equipment "footprint" to allow bench top/clean room
