DESI 解吸电喷雾电离质谱技术

DESI (Desorption Electrospray Ionization, 解吸电喷雾电离) 作为一种常压离子化技术，由普渡大学的 Cooks 课题组于2004年在电喷雾电离基础上首次提出，并由 Prosolia 公司在2008年推出第一台 DESI 分子成像仪。 

DESI 离子化技术无需样品前处理，可直接分析固相或凝固相样品，已在药物、代谢物、肽和蛋白分析等多个领域有了广泛的应用。其独特的高分辨率（约250 μm 或更低）成像功能可实现器官组织等基体中关键物质的快速分析，并能在主流质谱品牌（如Agilent、 Bruker、SCIEX、Thermo 和 Waters）的各型质谱仪上使用。
