土基回弹模量测定仪是专业检测仪器适用于在室内对细颗粒土或粒径20㎜以下的级配集料试件进行回弹模量测定。试件在一定载荷的作用下产生变形,卸去载荷,变形恢复,但载荷大于试件的弹性变形时产生塑性变形,本仪器采用杠杆法对试件进行加荷,卸荷试验,以得到试件的 回弹试模和塑限值。

The soil-based rebound modulus tester is a professional testing instrument. It is suitable for indoor elastic modulus determination of fine-grained soil or graded aggregate specimens with a particle size of 20 mm or less. The test piece is deformed under the action of a certain load, the load is removed, and the deformation is restored, but the load is greater than the plastic deformation of the test piece. 土基回弹模量测定仪操作规程:
★试料的准备:如试料为粗颗粒的级配集料,则筛取试料中直径大于20mm的颗粒,如200mm以下的集料的颗粒组成不符合级配要求,则添加所缺粒料,使达到级配要求。   
★击实试验:按击实试验法测定材料的A佳含水率和A大干容量,并绘制含水量.干容重关系图。

例如:击实功能分别为5.62Kgcm/C㎡(相当于轻型击实仪实验法)12.5Kgcm/Cm,19.5Ggcm/Cm左右的试件,每组6---7各点,利用试件作回弹试模试验。   
★对于路面材料,参照承载比试验法制作方法制取试件,同一试件作2—4个,其中一半进行泡水测膨胀量,然后一起进行逐级载荷试验(即测{a}1211{/a})。

★Measure the rebound deformation: divide the calculated unit pressure into 4-6 equal parts, as the amount of each load (A post-loading can be slightly larger than the predetermined calculated total pressure)
