每台 SpectraMax® M 系列多功能微孔板读板机均可对微孔板和比色皿进行紫外光和可见光吸收以及荧光强度检测。

此外， 您还可从众多型号所具有不同功能的组合中轻松选出zei适合您实验室的读板机。两功能基础上选择一台具有连续化学发光、时间分辨荧光、荧光偏振功能的微孔板读板机， 如果您选择了我们的顶配型号 M5e，除上所述所有检测功能以外，还具有 HTRF认证。

所有 M 系列读板机均支持标准1cm立式比色皿和 6、12、24、48、96 以及 384 孔板。其它标配功能特性包括：在整个波长范围内可以进行1nm 步进的光谱扫描， 每次zei多同时检测六个不同波长下的光吸收值， 其它模式下zei多可进行四对波长检测。

zl的 AutoPMT 优化功能

SpectraMax M5微孔板读板机具有zl的 AutoPMT 优化功能， 它可根据各个样本孔的浓度调节荧光探测器， 并将原始数据标准化， 扩大各种分析测定的动态范围， 以便在同一块微板上检测到低、中和高三种信号强度。这种按照内部标准化的校正方式具有巨大的优势， 能够将微孔板内不同样品孔和读板机之间的相对荧光单位 (RFU)进行比较。

zl的 PathCheck 光程自动校正功能
