SH结构域(SH domain)

SH结构域是“Src同源结构域”(Src homology domain)的缩写(Src是一种癌基因,最初在Rous sarcoma virus 中发现)。这种结构域是能够与受体酪氨酸激酶磷酸化残基紧紧结合,形成多蛋白的复合物进行信号转导。
SH2大约由100个氨基酸组成。SH2结构域能够与生长因子受体(如PDGF和EGF)自我磷酸化的位点结合。含有SH2结构域的蛋白也常常含有SH3结构域。SH3结构域最初也是在Src中鉴定到的由50个氨基酸组成的组件,后来在其他一些蛋白质中也发现了SH3结构域。SH3能够识别富含脯氨酸和疏水残基的特异序列的蛋白质并与之结合,从而介导蛋白与蛋白相互作用。
