标准曲线及最低定量限
按欧盟标准,在阴性试样中加入标准物质和内标物(PBDE-77,10
pg/ul), 添加PBDEs 浓度为0.5pg/ul,1pg/ul,2pg/ul,5pg/ul,按照2.2进行色谱-质谱分析。以 S/N=3
为检出限,检出限谱图示于图 3。由图 3 可以看出,7 种 PBDEs 的 S/N= 均大于
3。以标准溶液浓度为横坐标(X),定量离子对的色谱峰面积为纵坐标(Y),求得回归方程。7 种 PCBs 在 0.5pg/ul ~ 5pg/ul
范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于 0.991,线性方程示于图 4。本方法的检出限优于文献报道值,可保证样品中 7 种 PBDEs
残留的定性与定量检测。
实际样品检测和方法精密度的测定
按照本实验方法对 2 个实际样品进行分析检测,并对每个样品分别连续进样 7 针,计算每个化合物的相对标准偏差 RSD%。实验结果表 2 表明,2 个样品中均不同程度含有目标有机污染物,该测试方法的相对标准偏差(RSD, n=7)为 2.29-5.58%。

本方法采用 ThermoFisher
公司全新一代三重四级杆质谱TSQ8000 测定水产品中7
种多溴联苯醚的残留,样品提取率高,操作方便。仪器具有选择性好,线性范围宽,灵敏度高等优点。同时 TSQ8000
提供的离子对扫描可以极大得去除假阳性的干扰,从而使检测结果更加准确。在复杂基质中,仪器的相对标准偏差(RSD, n=7)为
2.29-5.58%。该分析测试方法中所涉及的 7 种多溴联苯醚最低检测限为 0.1
pg/ul。完全可以满足欧盟及各国对多溴联苯醚类物质的检测要求。
