本次试验获得的数据重复性还是很好的,但是个别材料由于试样厚度均匀性不好也造成了透气量的波动,例如PA(35μm)。分析试验数据可获得明确的结论,即压差法中压力差的存在并没有对材料的结构产生破坏,压力差的存在以及变化确实没有对试样的透气量和透气系数产生影响。

本次试验中对于不同厚度的同种材料也进行了数据对比,这里对PC(125μm)和PC(175μm)的透气量与试样两侧压力差之间的关系、以及PET(12μm)、PET(23μm)、PET(25μm)、PET(70μm)的渗透系数与试样两侧压力差之间的关系进行了对比,参见图1、图2。分析图1、图2也可以明显看出压差法中压力差的存在以及变化对于试样透气量以及渗透系数的检测没有影响。

3.总结

    通过以上实测数据可知压力差的存在对试样的性能没有任何的影响。为了得到更科学、更全面的结论,目前兰光实验室还在进行更宽范围内的试验验证。

数据的稳定性与设备的精度、重复性、可靠性、试验条件、试样状态、试验操作水平等条件有着密切的关系,没有经过客观、科学、全面的试验就不能下结论。当然随意想象等压法没有压力差就不会影响试验数据,而压差法有压力差就一定影响试验数据的做法就显得更加荒谬了。
