沃特世阴离子极性农药色谱柱

沃特世阴离子极性农药色谱柱(Anionic Polar Pesticide Column)结合了Hilic和WAX双重原理,采用非衍生化方法在LC-MS/MS上进行分析,克服了草甘膦、草铵膦、AMPA等极性化合物没有保留或保留较弱、峰形拖尾严重等缺点,结果具有良好的稳定性及重现性。
本色谱柱以亚乙基桥杂化颗粒为基础,通过两步式键合工艺,使得该色谱柱有更好的保留特性和选择性。

以草甘膦、草铵膦等极性农药为目标物,以0.9%甲酸水、0.9%甲酸乙腈为流动相,对阴离子型极性农药分析柱性能进行考察,色谱图如下图所示。
活化方法简单
保留时间稳定,灵敏度高,重现性好
以草甘膦为例,在Xevo TQ-S micro上能达到0.01mg/kg的检测限,满足食品安全实验室的常规检测需求。在不同食品中,草甘膦等化合物保留时间偏差小于0.1min,满足SANTE指南要求,实验结果如下图所示;在不同的水果蔬菜中添加以上8种极性农药的标准溶液,回收率在70%~120%范围内,多次实验数据的重现性均小于20% RSDr。
