This standard is concerned with the method of test for the side-door impact strength of passenger cars, multi-purpose passenger vehicles and light trucks, and buses whose maximum vehicle weight does not exceed 2722 kg using the moving barrier except for walk-in vans, motor homes, dump trucks, ambulances, emergency rescue vehicles, and vehicles equipped with wheelchair lifts.
