- This Code applies to onshore pipeline systems that are constructed with ferrous materials and transport gas. The principles and processes embodied in integrity management are applicable to all pipeline systems. This Code is specifically designed to provide the operator (as defined in section 13) with the information necessary to develop and implement an effective integrity management program using proven industry practices and processes. The processes and approaches described within this Code are applicable to the entire pipeline. 本规范适用于用黑色金属材料和输送气体建造的陆上管道系统。完整性管理所体现的原则和流程适用于所有管道系统。 本准则专门设计用于向运营商（定义见第 13 节）提供必要的信息，以使用经过验证的行业实践和流程制定和实施有效的完整性管理计划。本准则中描述的流程和方法适用于整个管道。
