The following are standard units for use in astrodynamics. It should be noted that the prime use of a set of standard units is at the interface between organizations, individuals, and computers, but not necessarily within computer programs. It is suggested, for instance, that angular measurements be exchanged in degrees of arc, whereas within computer programs the unit is usually converted to radians.
