Specifies the procedure used to determine the sensitivity of cohesive soils
based on the shear strength of soils in their natural and remoulded states, as
obtained by using the swedish-cone penetrometer. This method is only applicable to cohesive soils which are free of sand or
other coarse aggregates. The tests shall apply only to homogenious layers of
soil.
