This Part of BS 3375 gives guidance on procedures and techniques of method study. It recommends the overall approach that should be adopted when attempting to improve structures, methods, systems and procedures. It is a disciplined approach that can be used when attempting to obtain an understanding and solution of problems that are complex and difficult to unravel by less formal approaches.
