Full Description CSA Preface This is the first edition of CAN/CSA-ISO 16628, Tracheobronchial tubes - Sizing and marking, which is an adoption without modification of the identically titled ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Standard 16628 (first edition, 2008-11-15). At the time of publication, ISO 16628:2008 is available from ISO in English only. CSA Group will publish the French version when it becomes available from ISO. Scope This International Standard provides requirements for size designation and labelling of tracheobronchial tubes, including colour coding of the bronchial cuff and its associated pilot balloon. Tracheobronchial tubes that include bronchus blockers are excluded from the scope of this International Standard.
