适用范围
The present document specifies the technical characteristics and test methods for automotive ultra-wideband (UWB) radar equipment fitted with integral antennas operating in the frequency range from 24@25 GHz to 26@65 GHz working as broadband devices with at least 500 MHz bandwidth and references CEPT/ERC Recommendation 70-03 [i.1] and EC Decision 2013/752/EU [i.2]. This equipment is intended for Transport and Traffic Telematics (TTT) applications according to ERC Recommendation 70-03 [i.1]@ annex 5@ such as obstacle detection@ stop and go@ blind spot detection@ parking aid@ backup aid@ precrash and other automotive applications. In case of differences (for instance concerning special conditions@ definitions@ abbreviations) between the present document and ETSI EN 303 396 [1]@ the provisions of the present document take precedence. The present document covers transmitters intended to operate in a temporary frequency designation under the ECC decision CEPT/ECC/DEC/(04)10 [i.6]@ the EU Commission decision 2005/50/EC [i.7] and the amendment as presented in RSCOM11-07 [i.9]. ? The operating frequency range for intentional UWB emissions has been determined from 21@65 GHz to 26@65 GHz until 30th June 2013. This is no longer covered by the present document. ? Since 30th June 2013 the operating frequency range for intentional UWB has reduced frequency band from 24@25 GHz to 26@65 GHz until 1st January 2018@ with an extension for car models which have received type approval before 1st January 2018 and which can continue to be put on the market until 1st January 2022 [i.6]. This equipment is covered by the present document. The present document covers the essential requirements of article 3.2 of Directive 2014/53/EU [i.3] under the conditions identified in annex A.
