"Field of Application This document establishes the minimum criteria for effective training of air carrier and contractor personnel to deice/anti-ice aircraft to ensure the safe operation of aircraft during ground icing conditions. Appendix D specifies guidelines for particular airplane models. Agreements and Contracts This information is recommended as a basis for maintenance and service support agreements.
